30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories and documentation must be included
- Product must be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used electronic devices (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

How to Return:

2. We'll provide return instructions and authorization
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at buchcomforttech@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
