Refund Policy

At BuchComfort, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Refund Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Refund Process:
1. Contact us at buchcomforttech@gmail.com to request a refund
2. We'll provide return authorization and instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged)
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-11 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened or used electronic devices
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products returned after 30 days

Partial Refunds:
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items returned without original packaging or with signs of use.

Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at support@buchcomfort.com with photos. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
